I am pretty sure that most of us have had a disappointing race or athletic performance in our career. If you have not, consider yourself lucky!

I raced Down In New Orleans in the inaugural 70.3 in 2009 and have to be honest had an awful race! so with a great year in the bank from 2011 and a good hit out in Oceanside I thought that 2012 was the year to go and try and make immense with the race and have a good solid crack at the race. It also happened to be timed perfectly for me with a solid hit out two weeks out from Im St George .

Well the 2012 season is underway!!
After a rough finish to 2011 with crashing out of Couzemel I decided it was time for a little break and a good plan to take on 2012 and make another step forward . Joel and I both went through the good and the bad decisions of 2011 and we put together a plan to hit 2012 in a bigger and better way.
