5 Weeks….

Hello,

Well I’ve been in Thailand now for 5 weeks. Allot has happened since I’ve been here but really each day is routine. I’m not sure that makes sense but that’s how it is. Each day we all wake at the exact same time, and routine plays as usual through each day. Each of us athletes has their routine and funny little habits. Everyone seems to flow together very well. There is the leaving and coming of athlete’s, but the routine stays the same. It works well that way.

In the 5 weeks I’ve managed to test myself in every way possible. I’ve been injured, I’ve been very sick with the Thai tummy bug and I get soaking wet on my bike everyday, and those who know me well know that is a test for me. But even with that each day I’m really enjoying the training and working towards my goals. I feel calmer about my life these days and it is all is very good.

I got the opportunity to go to Singapore for one night. I went there to see the TBB shop and meet the crew and get all set up with the team gear. It was a very worth while trip and I am so thankful to the crew for being so good to me. We didn’t have long but they managed to have me completely set up on my fancy new P3 and ready to go. Very organized group J And very nice!! The shop looks great.

The evening we were there we went for a walk around an area of town called little India. Wow….what a world away from anything I’ve ever seen. Really no words can describe, but I’m glad I got the opportunity.

From here Chris and I are heading to Western Australia for IMWA. We are in Thailand for about 3 more weeks.
